Damián Salazar is the best young guitarist in Argentina. Damián was born on March 7th, 1992 in Argentina. At age 6, he discovered his passion for music and was introduced to the acoustic guitar. At an early age, Damián was already playing with local bands and artists in Argentina.

In 2006, Damián was introduced as an urban musician in “Calle Florida” Argentina, catching the attention of thousands of people in South America. His unique style of playing led Damián to meet legendary musician Roger Waters of Pink Floyd. This gave Damián the opportunity to be part in a video documentary for the song “The Child Will Fly” where he met other music legends such as Eric Clapton, Shakira, and Gustavo Cerati.

In 2013, Damián suffered head injuries that almost caused his death after being attacked coming out of a local sports event in Argentina. After multiple surgeries and physical therapy Damián was able to recover from such tragic event. His determination and passion for music never was faded.
